OSAT - On Site Assessment Training
OSAT is for experienced workers with a minimum of 3 years site experience. It is for those who have skills and knowledge of their trade, but don't have the qualifications to prove it. OSAT is also designed to assist those who need to apply for a CSCS card. This is all undertaken with as little disruption to your working day and of no cost to your Company.
Entrants must be 19 years of age or older, with a minimum of 3 years site experience. You must be employed or self employed.
Our Assessors will visit you on site and observe you while performing your normal duties. Our assessors will put together the required portfolio of supporting evidence of the work you carry out. This includes for example questions and answer sessions, photographs of work completed, witness statements, and statements of competence from employers and clients.
The assessment is usually completed over 4 or 5 site visits. Typically, the whole process can be completed within as little as 14 weeks, depending on the variation of work that you are carrying out within that time frame.
We will make this experience as 'hassle free' as possible to your Company - we realise 'time is money'.
