The OCNW Entry Level Certificate in Preparation for Employment in the Construction Industries provides learners with an excellent introduction to the occupational areas within the construction industry in order that they may make decisions on whether to progress with further training.

Aims 

• To promote the gaining of work-related skills
• To promote the development of employment skills
• To prepare learners for further training
• To give learners an insight into core activities within their chosen area. 

All learners who complete the OCNW entry level qualification will have the opportunity to progress onto a City and Guilds Level 1 Construction qualification of their chosen trade area.
