Plumbing Maintenance

This will be an intensive 5 day course, enabling you to develop or improve your Plumbing Maintenance skills and knowledge

The course will give you full practical skills for all aspects of Domestic Plumbing Maintenance. 

Course Objectives

To become competent in the following:

• Understanding plumbing systems
• Plumbing tools and materials
• Measure and cut copper tube
• Bending and soldering copper tube
• Compression fittings 
• Measure,cut and joint plastic tube
• Construct and fit waste system, bath & wash basin
• Fitting connections to soil system
• Basic fault finding and repair on Hot and Cold water systems
• Basic fault finding and repair on Central Heating systems
• Basic fault finding and repair on Drainage systems
